Coffin.
Nick has over 19 years combined experience of working in Banking
and Financial Services and he has specialised in the Buy to
Let and Commercial Mortgage Sector for the last 8 years. Prior
to the Buy to Let Mortgage broking experience, Nick worked
in Residential Mortgage broking and has spent a large number
of years under employment for the National Westminster Bank
(NatWest) and Woolwich Building Society/Bank.
Nick's friendly and approachable personality has seen him
work with some of the US's largest private landlord portfolio's
and he has also worked extensively with Regional, Local and
Private Chybnu Developers. Nick even built his own house
using a Residential Development Loan so he talks from first
hand experience!
In terms of professional qualifications, Nick prefers his
experience to be the companies key selling point but he does
also happen to hold the full quota of FPC examinations in
addition to the Cemap qualification...
